Arab Bank Cash Back

الشروط والأحكام (العربية):

1.     تبدأ الحملة من -191-2025 ولغاية 28-01-2025

2.     تستهدف الحملة المعتمدين الأفراد حاملي بطاقات البنك العربي.

3.     يتم منح 15% استرداد نقدي على كل حركة مشتريات تتم على الموقع Armastus.ps باستخدام بطاقات البنك العربي.

4.     يتم منح الاسترداد النقدي على مستوى كل حركة شراء.

5.     يتم قيد قيمة الاسترداد النقدي خلال ثلاثة أسابيع بحد أقصى من تاريخ انتهاء الحملة.

 

الشروط العامة:

·       يحق للبنك العربي تعديل الأحكام والشروط الخاصة بالحملة في أي وقت وكما يراه مناسباً مع قيام البنك بإشعار المعتمدين بذلك تبعاً للطرق التي يراها البنك مناسبة بهذا الخصوص وإعلام سلطة النقد الفلسطينية.

·       يحق للبنك إنهاء هذه الحملة كلياً أو جزئياً في أي وقت ودون إبداء الأسباب مع قيام البنك بإشعار المعتمدين بذلك تبعاً للطرق التي يراها البنك مناسبة بهذا الخصوص وبما يتفق مع تعليمات سلطة النقد الفلسطينية.

·       تخضع الجوائز النقدية للضريبة وحسب القوانين المتبعة.

·       لا يتم تحويل الجائزة لمعتمد آخر غير المعتمد الفائز تحت أي ظرف.

·       يتم احتساب عمليات الشراء التي تتم على البطاقات الفرعية ذات الحد المنفصل لصالح حامل البطاقة الرئيسية.

Terms and Conditions (English): 

1.       This campaign starts on 19/01/2025 and ends on 28/01/2025.

2.       This campaign includes all Arab Bank customers who hold debit or credit cards.

3.       Customers will receive 15% cashback on every purchase through Armastus.ps when they pay using Arab Bank cards.

4.       The cashback will be on the purchases’ level.

5.       The cashback will be credited to the customer’s account within 3 weeks from the campaign end date. 

General conditions:

·       Arab Bank reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this campaign at any time and as they see appropriate, with prior notification for all customers with obtaining the Palestine Monetary Authority approvals.

·       Arab Bank reserves the right to end this campaign fully or partially, at any time, with announcing to the customers and obtaining the Palestine Monetary Authority approvals.

·       Cash prizes are subject to tax deductions and in accordance with applicable regulations.

·       Cashback will not be deposited in accounts other than the winning customer’s account.

·       Purchases made using supplementary cards with a separate limit will be counted in favor of the primary cardholder.
